Summary
TaxScanZA stores all data locally on your device. No personal data is collected, transmitted, or shared with anyone.
Data Storage
All scanned documents, document metadata, and app preferences are stored locally on your device. Nothing is uploaded to external servers. When you delete the app, all stored data is removed.
What We Do Not Collect
- No personal information (name, email, phone number)
- No usage analytics or tracking
- No location data
- No advertising identifiers
- No crash reports sent to external services
Camera Access
TaxScanZA uses your device camera to scan documents. Camera access is used solely for document scanning within the app. No images are transmitted off your device.
In-App Purchases
TaxScanZA offers a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles all payment processing. TaxScanZA does not receive or store any payment information.
Third-Party Services
TaxScanZA does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The only third-party service involved is Apple's App Store for purchase processing, governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
TaxScanZA does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
